Western Heritage 2.12

The Western Heritage application offers a platform for art shows to host auctions featuring select artists' artwork. Patrons have the opportunity to preview the artists and their creations prior to the show's commencement. When the auction opens, patrons can submit their ballots for desired artworks during the bidding process. Upon the conclusion of bidding, all ballots are randomly ordered to determine priority buyers. The top three selections have a 60-minute window to secure their purchase. Patron 1 is allotted 30 minutes to make their decision; if they opt not to proceed, Patron 2 steps in with a 20-minute window. During this time, Patron 1 retains the option to purchase the artwork. In the event neither Patron 1 nor Patron 2 secures the piece within this period, Patron 3, according to the random order, receives a 10-minute decision window. Again, Patrons 1 and 2 may still choose to purchase during this brief interval. Should none of the top three patrons make a purchase within this process, the artwork becomes available for any patron at the show to acquire.
